I have spent a fair amount of time gazing at the photos and found myself in total awe at the utterly total transformation of the house. As my eyes swept around from the ceilings to the walls to the trim, I began to appreciate just how very difficult the job was for you and the incredible resolve to power on through and get it done….and get it done right!!

As you recall, I expressed great concern over the many surfaces that had clear coat and lacquer finishes, and whether your team was up to the heavy slogging it was going to take to prepare those surfaces properly and then apply the coat after coat after coat of new paint necessary to go from deep wood grained lacquer finish to a smooth Cape Cod white. Absolutely astounding.

I consider myself a pretty picky individual, yet I was dumbfounded how well your team did in handling the many trim areas which needed the most work for the transition.

We can hardly wait for you to come and complete the second (exterior) phase ………….hoping for real soon!!!!! 😊.
